Pricing FAQ: billing, implementation and contract terms

How is PULPO WMS billed?

All plans are billed annually. The Power Plan is €590 per month (US customers: $590) and the 3PL Plan is €1,290 per month ($1,290), each paid as one yearly invoice. StartUp Club and Enterprise pricing is quoted individually.

What is included in the Power Plan and the 3PL Plan?

Power Plan: 3 users, unlimited warehouses, unlimited orders and SKUs, 1 standard store connection, REST API (fair-use policy), lot and expiration-date tracking, serial numbers, batch and multi-order picking, label printing, kitting, returns, reports and cycle counting, plus access to the PULPO Help Center and PULPO Academy. 3PL Plan: everything in Power, 5 users, 3 standard connections, the 3PL features (client billing and the 3PL client portal) and 1 Analytics Suite user.

What do additional users and connections cost?

An additional user is €225 per month ($225). An additional standard store or carrier connection is €50 per month ($50). An additional Analytics Suite user is €50 per month. Add-ons are billed with the plan.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

Standard onboarding is included: your team learns the system with the PULPO Academy courses and the Help Center, and our support team answers within minutes during business hours. Optional additional onboarding and support packages are available for the Power and 3PL plans and are quoted in the demo.

How long does implementation take?

Standard setups go live within days. Customers such as Click&Pack report that the system was set up within a day; Shopify stores connect through the PULPO app in minutes. Larger 3PL setups with several ERP or carrier integrations take longer and are scoped with you before you sign.

What is the contract term and is there a guarantee?

Plans run for the billing year and are paid annually in advance. Every plan comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee: if PULPO WMS does not fit your warehouse in the first 60 days, you get your money back.

Do I need special hardware?

No. PULPO WMS runs in the browser and on standard Android devices, so you can use affordable Android phones or scanners instead of proprietary hardware.
